Amber is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 12 years of experience guiding students through both vinyasa and yin practices. She is passionate about offering a balanced approach to yoga, blending the dynamic flow of vinyasa with the stillness and depth of yin to support both strength and restoration. Amber believes yoga is a powerful opportunity to cultivate a strong, meaningful relationship with oneself, both on and off the mat. Her teaching style encourages mindful movement, self-awareness, and inner connection. Outside of her yoga practice, Amber enjoys cooking, hiking, and getting lost in a good book. ☺️
