Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a student of Vibin Yoga LLC you agree to the terms and conditions.
GENERAL
1. All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable.
2. Purchases of in studio products are only refundable in new and unused condition up to 10 days after purchase.
3. All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address.
4. Every effort is made to hold class on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule. Vibin Yoga LLC is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
5. Please arrive at least ten minutes before class and check in at reception before each class.
6. Payment must be made upon booking. No students will be permitted to sign-up for a class, workshop, or event as unpaid unless it is a free or donation based class.
7. Vibin Yoga LLC is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.
8. The front doors will be locked 10 minutes into every class. For safety reasons, no one 10 or more minutes late for class is permitted entry and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.
9. Vibin Yoga LLC reserves the right to refuse entry.
10. Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.
11. By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING ETIQUETTE
1. You must cancel your class reservation at least 12 hours in advance or the card of file will be charge a $15 cancellation fee. Members with an unlimited plan that no-show for a class will be charged a $15 no-show fee. Members with a limited/
or drop-in plan that no-show will not be charged a penalty fee but they will lose the session fee or credit used to reserve the class.
2. Member that are waitlisted for a class will be auto-added to the class if a spot opens. The waitlist will close 90 mins before the start of class. All other refund and cancellation policies will apply to the class booking.
3. Workshop and special event cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the reserved workshop or event. If you do not attend or cancel within 24 hours of start time, you will be fully charged for the workshop and will not be able to use the credit for a future workshop.
4. Workshops and special events are non-refundable.
5. Please cancel if you are unable to attend a class or workshop to make your space available to others.
Limited class packages with a set # of Classes
6. 10 Class Packages will expire 12 months after the date of purchase. 7. Drop-In class passes expire 12 months after the date of purchase. 8. Unlimited 30 days class package expire 30 days after your first visit.
9. Class packages cannot be shared between students. Specialty promos and discount pricing may have different terms then what is listed here.
Unlimited Packages
1. Reoccurring monthly mini memberships, allows 4 visits per month plus 1 free guest pass each month. 10% discount on in-studio products. Discounts on workshops and special events.
2. Reoccurring unlimited monthly memberships, allow unlimited visits per month plus 1 free guest pass each month. 10% discount on in-studio products. Discounts on workshops and special events.
3. Annual unlimited memberships, allow unlimited visits per month plus 1 free guest pass each month. 10% discount on in-studio products. Discounts on workshops and special events.
4. Guest passes are only valid in the month they are issued. Unused guest passes do not roll over and cannot be saved for a later date.
Introductory Offers
1. Our new student specials are only available to brand new students. 2. All promotions are non-transferable and non-returnable and cannot be shared.
3. Clients found to be buying the Intro offer more than once can have their membership suspended and may be charged any additional class costs they may have incurred.
Monthly Auto-Renew Memberships
1. Monthly auto-renews cannot be shared.
2. You will be charged the monthly membership fee on the same day of each month for your auto-renew, starting from your date of purchase.
3. Membership fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
4. You can update or change your credit card on file anytime through your online account or in studio.
5. Auto-renews can be frozen up to 3-months per calendar year (January December). Pause requests must be in made in writing by emailing [email protected]. Please allow 48 hours to process request.
6. Your auto-renew can be cancelled at any time in writing by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation requests must be made 14 days before the next months payment processes, otherwise your membership will be cancelled the following month. If you cancel, you may lose your existing rate. Please allow 48 hours to receive and process your cancelation request.
7. If your monthly auto-payment fails for any reason, then your membership may be cancelled after 10 days.
8. It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the monthly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, Vibin Yoga LLC reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed or cancel your membership after 10 days.
9. Vibin Yoga LLC is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.
10. All account debts must be settled before cancellation of membership can be finalized, this includes all late cancellation and no show fees incurred.
11. We reserve the right to cancel memberships at any time.
