Hi, I'm Heather!

I  love yoga because it grounds me and helps me cultivate mindfulness and presence both on and off my mat. I enjoy teaching Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Hot Yoga. I bring intentionality, breath-centered movement, and a welcoming energy to every class. Each class I teach is guided by a foundation in yoga philosophy, anatomy, and alignment-based instruction.

I completed my 200-hour RYT certification at LifePower Yoga and hold an additional 50-hour certification in Hot Yoga from CorePower Yoga. My classes are thoughtfully sequenced to balance strength and flexibility, encouraging students to move mindfully and listen to their bodies. Whether guiding a powerful flow or breaking down the fundamentals, my goal is to create an inclusive and empowering space where practitioners of all levels feel supported and inspired.

Aside from yoga, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband, son, and two dogs. I also love to travel, garden, cook, and read.
