Julie has been consistently practicing yoga since 2018 after realizing how far the benefits extend beyond the physical movements on her mat. Her goal is to offer a safe and supportive space where all students feel welcome and comfortable to come as they are. Julie believes that classes should be challenging and supportive while offering accessibility at every level. You can expect her classes to leave you feeling energized, balanced, and renewed. Julie’s aim is to encourage students to implement yoga into their everyday lives and help them feel empowered and stronger both physically and mentally.
