Katie Villalobos didn’t just study yoga—she lived it, breathed it, and let the jungle of Costa Rica weave it into her soul. While earning her certifications in Ashtanga/Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation, she trained under some of the most brilliant minds in trauma-informed movement, nervous system regulation, and the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy. Oh, and she did it all surrounded by howler monkeys and the wild heartbeat of nature.

Her approach? It’s not about touching your toes—it’s about touching yourself with kindness. Katie blends yoga, Reiki, EFT tapping, somatic release, and breathwork to create a space where students can unravel tension, rewire their nervous systems, and rediscover the magic of simply being. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat to move, to heal, or just to breathe a little deeper, she’s here to guide you—no pretzel poses required.
